The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy. When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal information is any data that can be used to personally identify you. This privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It also explains how and for what purposes this is done. The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).

Revocation of your consent to data processing: Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke the consent you have given at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by email is sufficient. The legality of data processing carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: In the event of violations of data protection laws, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the data protection commissioner of the federal state in which our company is located. If you request the direct transfer of data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption: For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the website operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies." These are text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.

‍IP anonymization: We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. ‍Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking: This website uses Google AdWords, an online advertising program provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). As part of Google AdWords, we use conversion tracking. When you click on a Google ad, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the internet browser on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie, so cookies cannot be tracked on AdWords customers' websites. The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out by disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie in your internet browser settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

The storage of "conversion cookies" is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising. For more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, please see Google's privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy .

You can set your browser to notify you when cookies are set, allow cookies only in specific cases, reject cookies generally, and automatically delete cookies when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of this website.

‍Facebook Pixel: Our website may use the Facebook visitor action pixel for conversion measurement, provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). This allows us to track the behavior of website visitors after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This makes it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising campaigns. The data collected is anonymous to us as website operators; we cannot draw conclusions about the identity of users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, which enables connection to the respective user profile. Facebook may use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's privacy policy. As website operators, we have no influence on the use of this data. You can find further information about protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy: Facebook Privacy Policy. You can also disable the "Custom Audiences" remarketing feature in your ad settings under Facebook's Ad Preferences. You must be logged in to Facebook to do this. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can opt out of Facebook-based advertising on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website: Your Online Choices.

‍Newsletter data: If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require your email address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data will be collected, or only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not share it with third parties. The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example, via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by this revocation. The data you provide for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers after unsubscribing. Data we have stored for other purposes (e.g., email addresses for the members' area) will not be affected.

If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to directly associate your surfing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. The use of YouTube serves the purpose of providing an engaging presentation of our online offerings. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
